Are we pet friendly?
Yes! Flora Apartments accepts both cats and dogs (even large ones!). However, we do have a canine breed restriction list, so please call us for specifics.
Are we close to downtown?
Yes! Downtown is only a 10-minute walk away (5 minutes if you drive), so you have easy access to shopping and entertainment. But we are also far enough away that you don't have to worry about downtown noise or traffic.
Are we close to BART or the freeways?
Yes! The Walnut Creek BART Station is only a 5-minute drive away. And the entrances to the 680 and the 24 are just down the street.
Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Yes! All apartment homes come with one assigned carport in our gated lot, and every uncovered parking spot is "open parking".
Does the leasing office accept packages for residents?
Yes! We can either hold the packages in the office for you to pick up, or deliver them to your apartment if desired.
Are there laundry rooms?
Yes! We have a large sparkling clean laundry room with all brand new washers and dryers. Plus the laundry machines use a "charge card" system so you don't have to worry about using quarters.
